I absolutely love this brand and this location is great. The quality of the food, especially for the price, is exceptional. The variety - sushi, gyoza, soups, rice bowls, smoothies, granola - is inspiring for anyone who wants to eat well. There's also a great choice of snacks, which are equally well priced. This cafe has heaps of seating and it has been really well designed allowing space for individuals and larger groups. Available inside over two levels, as well as in a kiosk space just outside the store, you can take a seat in a quiet corner or eat and people watch. The tables offer USB ports, elevated tray shelves and bag hooks under the tables. Grab a bottle of Asahi, slurp your noodles and dream of your next trip to Tokyo ;)

The same story- found this restaurant by chance, just saw its windows with sushi inside - very smart decision. Sushi was delivered quickly and so delicious. Nice staff, moderate prices. In case I’ll be there second time definitely come again.

Healthy food, zero waiting time to pickup the food, competitive price. Many seats available and more at the upper floor. ITSU belongs to the fast food category but completely different: you don't smell fried food, no long queues and no loud customers. If you're looking for burgers, fried chicken or chips than try somewhere else. The menu are mainly based on salmon, rice and vegetables.

If you like sushi and Japanese food this is your place. Their food is always fresh, beautifully displayed and the ambiance of this place is just lovely. I was pleasantly surprised to see the self order machines as I haven’t been to Westfield since the beginning of the pandemic. The machines are easy to use and no queueing. They have a good choice of vegan/vegetarian dishes and sushi including soups, dumplings, noodle/rice bowls and rolls.

Food was delicious very fresh and tasty. Store was clean, staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Used the self service tills which are very easy to use. Great selection of food. Good condiments and cutlery to use for your takeaway. Recommend for a nice, fresh and healthy meal.

Very clean, inviting staff, fresh food of course it’s itsu! They make sure we eat beautiful The girl with hijab, amazing personality down to earth and very helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we are happy’ thank you so much! I would also like to say a big Thank you to the manager who is very kind and generous. Thank you sir you made our day!

More relaxing dining experience compared to the food court where you are constantly on the lookout for a vacant table. No waiting around here, food is delicious and reasonably priced. Staff are pleasant and friendly. The dining area is clean, bright, and airy.

Itsu delicious! ;) Love itsu healthy and nutrious Japanese food ... forget McDonalds and Greggs eat healthy ... try the Spicy Chicken Terriakye with a soft egg and extra spice little portion for 5.98 with Blue Light Card or Westfield Discount if you work in Westfield. Itsu delicious! many other options if you like sushi and noodles both hot and cold, eat in or takeaway. Oh dont forget the healthy aloe Vera juice wow!
